I have over 20 years experience counselling individuals and couples. Some of the tools I use include Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, Expressive Arts Processes, and I have recently trained in Relational Somatic Therapy. I am grounded in somatic principles and work with clients struggling with managing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other challenging life circumstances.
