My private practice incorporates GIM, Solution Focused Therapy, MARI, EMDR, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Relational Life Therapy, mindfulness meditation and subtle energy healing with individuals, groups and families. I offer Act II (midlife) and Act III ( retirement) career counselling and personal transformation experiences in which GIM plays a key role. I am also beginning to use GIM and mindfulness in the field of later life, Alzheimers and palliative care. I am a graduate of the 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
