I am an experienced HCPC registered music therapist and AMI Fellow living and working in the UK, and can provide a richly creative approach to help people who might be struggling with mental health issues, performance anxiety, or those who want to explore transpersonal aspects of life and the individuation process. I have also specialized in providing GIM for musicians and performers of all kinds, as well as arts psychotherapy trainees, and can draw on the continuum model of GIM and resources based approaches which can be integrated with Breath Body Mind (BBM) techniques to help balance the autonomic nervous system, (I am a qualified Level 1 BBM Teacher). I can offer sessions online (globally) or in person, and work in London and Gloucestershire in the UK.
