Margareta Wärja PhD, a music and expressive arts therapist, licensed psychotherapist in private practice, authorized supervisor, and educator of psychotherapy. She is the Director of Expressive Arts Stockholm. Her specialization is working with receptive music therapy in combination with the expressive arts. Margareta´s research focus is on arts-based methods and psychotherapy in adult cancer rehabilitation. She was trained in GIM at the Bonny Institute and became a Fellow in 1995 and a Primary Trainer in 1998. She is currently a Registered GIM Therapist and Trainer of EAMI.
