I bring 20 plus years of meditation and mindfulness experience, including training with John Kabat Zinn (MBSR), Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, Rick Hanson, Daniel Siegel, and others. Completed courses in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Bessel van der Kolk (Trauma), Stephen Porges (Polyvagal Theory), and Daniel Seigel (Integration). Focus: My focus is in Guided Imagery & Music (BMGIM), working with client and the music to uncover insight and integration in the areas of mental health, (trauma, anxiety, grief, self judgment), chronic illness, spiritual growth, and transitions. I am also trained as an Advanced Vocal Psychotherapist. Since being diagnosed with Essential Voice Tremor I work with clients who also have physical and self esteem issues and with their voice.
