For over 25 years I have worked with people feeling challenged by anxiety, depression, trauma, stroke and brain injury, and pain. I use the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, and some adaptations, to assist people in accessing their inner wisdom and getting some relief from their symptoms.
