It is a fruitful and impressive growing process to learn from Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) the metaphoric symbols as reflections of the inner world (Psyche). Music is really a good containment for emotions expression, and once matched with the energy in the processes, healing could be slowly evolved with the support of one’s good inner strengths and gradual heightened self-awareness and willingness. I have been registered social worker for more than 15 years, mainly working with families and adults with emotional disturbances and grievances in life-stages.
