Ching has been a social worker for nearly 36 years with extensive experience working with children and families, as well as adults with various issues. After over 20 years of direct service in the NGO and education sectors, she took up social work, play therapy, and counselling supervision work. Additionally, she focuses on play therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and music therapy, and obtains several credentials. Ching experienced the power of GIM herself in past training, especially in personal growth and development. Her interest and commitment drive her to serve in the community.
