Carol Bush, LCSW, FAMI, met Helen Bonny in 1973 through a graduate program, became a Primary Trainer in 1978, and wrote her book on GIM in 1995. She co-founded the Atlantis Institute, has developed international training programs, and has offered apprenticeship trainings for new trainers world wide.
