The journey to becoming whole is fierce and great. There are times when there is momentum and other times that reinforce patience and gratitude. I am humbled to be a practitioner of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) and have seen profound effects. I have worked in the public, non-profit, community based, and private sectors over the past 20 years and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Richmond, VA. My areas of specialty are with those going through life transitions, anxiety and depression, trauma, and those who have struggled with traditional talk therapies. I offer expressive arts, sand tray therapy, GIM and am level 2 trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
